The debugging of LED display system shall meet the following requirements:


1. The display image of each video display unit shall be free from geometric distortion.


2. The display content shall be filled with each video display unit.


3. The debugging contents and steps of LED display screen shall meet the following requirements:


1) Red, green, blue and white are displayed respectively. The out of control rate of pixels on the display screen is checked, and the precise position of the out of control points is recorded. Pixel replacement until the design requirements are met.


2) Display red, green, blue and white field respectively, and check the uniformity of display color.


3) Display the gray level test chart and check the gray level of the display screen.


4) Test the display screen gamma curve, test and correct the color temperature and brightness.


4. The test contents and steps of LED display control system shall meet the following requirements:


1) Test whether the control equipment works normally and whether the display screen can be started and closed.


2) Test the control of signal source switching by control equipment.


3) Image switching function test.


4) Output function test.


5) Test of connection with other systems.


5. The test contents and steps of display system software shall meet the following requirements:


1) Turn on the running software to close.


2) Each function point of the software is tested.


3) Software stability operation test.

4) Software compatibility test.
