3. The projection screen should be installed firmly and smoothly, and measures should be taken to prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.
4. The machining accuracy of all components shall ensure the complete edge matching of the image, and the surface of all components shall be treated and the reflection phenomenon shall be eliminated.
5. In the process of moving and erecting the display unit, the power supply and signal connecting cable shall be disconnected, and live operation is strictly prohibited.
6. When the display screen is set up near the high voltage live equipment, the safety distance shall be determined according to the requirements of the live equipment.
7 after the initial installation of the display screen, it should be powered on to test, debug and check the functions, and it should be fixed after the appearance quality of the unit splicing and the image quality of the display area meet the requirements.
8. The horizontal and vertical flatness of the display screen shall not be greater than 0.2% of the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the display screen.
5.2.4 the installation of back projection display screen shall meet the following requirements:
1. Before installing the rear projection box, check the structural firmness and bearing capacity of the underframe, and the back projection screen underframe should be adjustable.
2. There should be enough strength connecting device between the back projection boxes.
3. The horizontal tube should be used to adjust the levelness of the underframe or the foundation level should be adjusted together with the first layer of projection box, and each layer of box should be leveled.
4. The whole display screen should be horizontal and vertical, and the installation error should be less than 5 / 10000 of the corresponding size of the whole display screen.
5. The projection screen and the box should be connected with accessories, and can be fine tuned up, down, left and right.
6. The physical seam width between display units should be less than the design value of image seam width.
7. After the display screen is installed, there should be no obvious dislocation phenomenon in the physical splicing of "ten".
8. In the process of installing the projector, dust should be prevented from invading, and protective measures should be taken for the projector lens.
