The design of LED video display system shall meet the following requirements:


1 pixel center distance should be calculated according to reasonable or optimal viewing distance.


2. The horizontal left and right viewing angles of the display screen should not be less than ± 50 °, the vertical viewing angle should not be less than 10 ° and the vertical downward viewing angle should not be less than 20 °.


3. The brightness of display screen shall meet the requirements of table 4.2.2, and the brightness shall be adjustable in important public places.

4. When the background illumination is less than 20lx, the maximum contrast of full-color outdoor LED display should not be less than 800:1, and indoor should not be less than 200:1.


5. The color coordinates of the white field of the display screen should be adjustable at the color temperature of 5000-9500k, and the allowable error should be | △ x | ≤ 0.030, | △ y | ≤ 0.030.


6. The color unevenness of the display screen should not be greater than 0.14.


7. Each primary color of the display screen should have 256 level (8bit) gray processing capability.


4.2.3 the safety design of LED video display system shall meet the following requirements:


1. The safety design shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard general specification for LED display screen SJ / T 11141.


2. The display screen shall have a complete grounding system.


3. Outdoor LED video display screen shall be equipped with lightning protection system.


4. The enclosure protection grade of the display screen shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard enclosure protection level (IP code) (GB 4208). The indoor LED display screen shall not be lower than IP20, and the exposed part of outdoor LED display screen shall not be less than IP65.


5. Anti corrosion measures should be taken for LED video display screen in corrosive environment such as swimming pool and coastal area.


6. The installation engineering design shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards: Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017), load code of building structures (GB 50009) and code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010).
