10.2.1 basic requirements for reference video source
According to the special requirements of security video surveillance, this standard stipulates that the reference video source used to evaluate video image quality shall meet the following conditions:
a) It has fast moving images, such as bank teller's counting operation, moving vehicles, etc;
b) Images with complex scenes, such as indoor multi person sports, outdoor multi person sports, etc;
c) Image picture with low illumination environment, such as illumination in 1 LX ~ 5 LX or lower environment.
